Introductions Who are you? Who am I? What's it all about? Questionnaire I will be distributing a questionnaire for you to fill in this afternoon. The information you provide will help me to establish your skill level and familiarity with computers and this in turn will help me to plan appropriate workshops for the group. Thinking about audiences Have a look at these web sites, blogs and community pages by recent irish art graduates: Moxie's web site Moxie's blog Moxie's MySpace Cotillion's web site Cotillion's MySpace Cotillion's Bebo Vera Klute's web site Web site for one of Vera's recent exhibitions Clare Shanahan's blog Clare's MySpace When considering the questions below, try to focus on the sites themselves rather than on the art they represent. Who are the target audiences for each site? Are they the same target audiences in each case? If you had to describe each site in terms of an emotion, which emotion would you choose for each site? What is the focus of each site? Is it the art or the artists? Which site is easier to find your way around? Do you have a preference for one of the sites? Why?
